This project was delivered to an organization (pseudonym for confidentiality) with the goal to increase product knowledge and advisory skill competencies for frontline-service employees. This training module utilizes original visual assets and advanced simulation coding to offer a dynamic learning experience where the user traverses through a dynamic gamified journey.
